I'd never been there before and was a bit nervous because I'm very sensitive to gluten... I'm celiac. I talked with the staff and they assured me they could do GF, and explained their process. It was perfectly done. My friend and I had a wonderful breakfast get together in a very comfy dinner atmosphere. I stayed perfectly healthy and the meal was clearly gluten free. I'll happily go back.
