Had gluten free pancakes- they are too thick and texture more like cake than a pancake. Otherwise service and atmosphere is good

Had a work place Xmas meal booked . Arrived to find chaos - our table was not ready and as everyone else arrived we had to wait for so long to have tables moved and created . A big party arrived after us and were seated & served before us. We ate so late. The manager did apologise and explain there system went down , loosing all their bookings & they were left not knowing who was attending however they did have a diary with all the bookings as reference was made to how many guests were in our party according to their diary. The seafood cocktail was gorgeous and they catered for Gluten free requirements The roast turkey mains was very dissappointing- the turkey was dry, the carrots were not cooked, . The cheese board was fine again catering for Gluten free . Finishing out meal at 10.30 pm was not an experince I would want to have again. The staff were very polite, accomodating and doing their level best but clearly they were overwhemed with customers who were queing to get in when we arrived. I had very good reviews and was not expecting sadly a poor experience. I am sure on any other day the restraunt would be totally different.

Bills are coeliac accredited, so always a good chain restaurant when looking for somewhere to eat with gluten free options. The gluten free menu is still quite big and the food is always good. Pretty decent size meals too.
