Update! I decided to go in again and tell them one more time what my problem was last time, and they were able to make it right. The meal cost dropped from $27 to $17, which was right about where I expected considering they had to do extra work for me. That said, the food was great, and I will be returning again. Thanks Adriana for helping me out! Previous review... Let me start by saying the food is great and the waitstaff bend over backwards to help. However, I had a bit of a disappointing experience the last time I went for lunch. I suffer with Celiac Disease and have to eat gluten free. They have a great gluten free pasta and sauce. I thought what I asked for was easy. I wanted the meat filling of a Stromboli on the gluten free pasta and expected something like $13 to $15 for the meal. The food was great, then I got the check and nearly fell out of the chair. It came to $27 with water to drink! I told them that didn't look right to me and it needed to be fixed, but it did not get fixed. It was not the waitresses fault so I left her a tip, but they have to do a better job handling pricing for a small gluten free lunch plate! They charged me for a large pizza, then extra for GF pasta, then extra for gluten free sauce instead of tomatoes sauce, the the extra charge for a house salad. I have been several times and gotten different gluten free items, but if I have to pay $27 for a lunch meal, I'm sorry, I won't be back. Before I had to eat gluten free, the meat Stromboli was my favorite. And it was quite affordable for lunch. Please make it easier order for us with gluten allergies, and I will consider returning.
