A big plus for the gluten-free roll. :-) The ribs are much tastier than at Whiskey in the Jar. Delicate, the meat falls off the bone on its own, melts in your mouth, very tasty sauce. The ribs can be called the best in Poznań. They are of similar quality only in City Park at Indian Steak. But the prices there are shocking. If you're at Billy's, get the ribs. You will definitely be delighted.
