Amazing food and all gluten free! We did the self catering option for our daughter’s 21st and it was a huge hit and super easy. Food was delivered on time and stayed hot for hours. The whole smoked beef brisket and collar butt pulled pork were absolutely to die for. The triple cheese potato bake…amazing, coleslaw…amazing, and Billy’s gravy was super delicious. Pete and Lauren were awesome to deal with. Thankyou. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious food, meat falls apart in your mouth and everything it the brioche bun and corn bread is gluten free - highly recommend getting the brisket burger with double cheese and swap out the bun for hash browns!
