We had a company dinner on site. Imy gluten free, so I chose the filet mignon with green beans option. Unfortunately, they had bread pudding as the dessert option and I'm gluten free. The other assured me I could. I had no issues with Gluten exposure. I did not eat the meatball appetizers(usually has gluten) nor the bread pudding.
