Anytime I'm remotely in the area I have to stop by. They also are a true unicorn for those with gluten allergies since they have their own panini press in sight without skimping at all on volume for being GF. Wish I lived closer

Every time I go I cannot resist getting their blue cheese and drunken onion sandwich. We were also pleasantly surprised by the shop having gluten free bread for the sandwiches too. Bimi's is a must stop location in Chatham.
