Birch & Bear Pizza

I had an amazing experience at Birch and Bear Pizza! Their gluten-free pizza crust was seriously impressive — crispy and delicious. They also offer tasty ice cream served in a cup, which was a nice treat. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and made me feel confident about my order. Plus, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great gluten-free options!

Hand-thrown gluten free pizza crust!! Heavenly! They have a separate prepping area to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, but it is baked in the same oven as the regular pizza. Almost all the pizza flavours can be made GF. I loved the vegetarian mushroom, goat cheese and leek pizza. The birch & berry salad was a tasty, fresh treat on a freezing January night.
