Hand-thrown gluten free pizza crust!! Heavenly! They have a separate prepping area to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, but it is baked in the same oven as the regular pizza. Almost all the pizza flavours can be made GF. I loved the vegetarian mushroom, goat cheese and leek pizza. The birch & berry salad was a tasty, fresh treat on a freezing January night. This will be a regular pizza place for me and my family. (The photo is of the special: chicken club on GF crust.)
