Birdie's Pie Shop - Hayden

On August 9th, I picked up my pies I ordered online. By my mistake, one of the pies that was supposed to be gluten free, wasn't. I live here and got the pies for out of town family who have no dietary restrictions, so I was fine not eating any. But instead of letting me walk away, they said the peanut butter pie is simple to make gluten free and to just give them a few minutes. I actually teared up, it had been a rough day and this moment turned it around. Thank you to your lovely staff. Look forward to coming here again!

First time coming in, cause we heard it was good! Drove down from Sandpoint. Casual environment, small and tight but easy to order and quick service. Try the key lime pie, they even have it in gluten-free! We'll definitely be back!
