It was really delicious, high quality local food, the owners are kind and very considerate of celiacs and apparently other sensitivities, we arrived at a restaurant that had not yet opened, and the owner agreed to open for us for drinks, after we ordered food, he helped my partner who is sensitive to gluten and simply came up with a sterile dish for her! It was just perfect. I recommend to everyone who can and comes to Siena to come. It really is the best restaurant in the city for the public and for the evening
