If you have celiac disease, stay away. Informed Staff of celiac disease but they did not pay attention and I ended up in a very bad personal situation. Ordered gluten free toast, cheese omelette with spinach and hash browns but the order I received was wrong and I question the toast I received.

I’m on vacation from Iowa and I decided to get some breakfast with my friends. We ordered gluten free items, but I suspect we didn’t get those. *Edit* We infact did not get those gluten free items after requesting them 100% specifically 2 times and my friends mother had severe stomach pain for the rest of our 3 day volleyball tournament. She wasn’t able to eat anything else for the whole trip practically. I think gluten allergies as simple as they may sound should be taken very seriously. I didn’t understand how serious they were until I saw what had happened. Anywho I know we don’t all get things right and it’s not like the food was bad, I liked the food, it’s just the gluten free experience, I also felt as if the workers were making fun of us on the way out. They may have not been, but I suspect they served her gluten food because she may have seemed rude for requesting it a second time. I don’t know if that is true, again requesting twice and the workers also serving food 2 times for us was very nice. I just suspect they may have been giving us food that had gluten in it because she was being a “difficult” customer.
