The owner of this bakery is fantastic, she puts in all the effort to make us celiacs happy. The flaky croissants are special, the bread and all the desserts are among the best I've ever eaten.

My son has celiac disease and luckily Nadia opened with biscuits! Pizza, bread, Nutella roll and croissants are exceptional! Considering that gluten-free flour is not easy to work with, Nadia manages to churn out some authentic goodness!!!
