Biscuit & Bean

Very delicious gluten free biscuits, and also biscuits with gluten, served either with savory or sweet toppings. Also, all kinds of very tasty sandwiches people seem to like their coffee, too. But I didn’t try their coffee.

The space is small, so seating is best for 3 people max. I’m always here for the mushroom and leak vegetarian gravy, which I pair with the cheddar biscuit. However, the general specialty is the biscuit, which comes in three flavors (non-gluten free): buttermilk, cheddar chive, or a weekly special flavor. If you order a standalone biscuit, it comes with one jam/honey/aioli option, or you can purchase extras. My family prefers the honey butter or mixed berry jam. They also have a gluten free biscuit option, and some biscuit sandwiches. Parking is largely street parking, which is free on Sundays. For folks who want easier parking and don’t mind a drive north of Seattle, they also have a Lake Steven’s location.
