Biscuit Head

Always great food and service here. As a celiac, I appreciate the car and attention the team show to label my food and offer me substitutions for the items I cannot eat. Love the southern scramble and biscuit. A thank you to Joey for taking care of me today, and the sisters who often look after me at this location

I travel to the area monthly for work. I always eat at the location downtown Asheville but decided to try this location today. I get the same order every time, no matter what location. Today I ordered my usual, egg & bacon biscuit on a gluten free biscuit & an order of 3 gf biscuits to go. I always take 3 home and freeze them. I must add that I always order to go. I buy bit into my biscuit and I could tell something didn't taste right. I took another bite and realized the biscuit is freezer burned tasting. It isn't flakey like at the other location. It is over cooked and hard on then bottom with a freezer burned taste. I am only in town for a few hours at meetings and then headed back out of town. I don't have time to go back. Very disappointed. I thought all locations use the same recipes and have the same food quality standards. I now have $30 worth of food to throw out. I will only go to the Asheville downtown location from now on.
