The restaurant is on the first floor, above a cute handmade crafts shop. I had a red lentil + pork - they were able to replace the bulgur with potatoes to make it gluten-free. Such a simple solution, something many popular restaurants don't bother doing! The soup of the day was also free from gluten - the accompanying bread was quickly replaced by a corn crispbread.
The highlight of the meal was the combination of unexpectedly tasty lentil stew and honey roasted pork, such a delicious plate, amazing value the money (120 czk). If I stay in Olomouc again, I'd come here for lunch every weekday!
