Juan and Ashley were great! Super attentive and quick. They were also really helpful is finding us gluten free options.

Our experience was spectacular! As two vegetarians from Denver (one of whom has a gluten allergy) we have a hard time usually finding high quality food at a reasonable cost while traveling, but not this time. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients, there were plenty of unique food options, and the establishment was clean and nicely decorated. Our server, Juan, was attentive, personable, and made our meal a fun experience instead of just a meal. I would absolutely recommend Bistro Cafe to even my family and my closest friends.
