Bistro 163

This is a unique cafe doing powerful outreach to decrease food insecurity. Read up on them. It's awesome! We found this amazing place by searching for gluten free options for our family trip. We are so thankful we ran across it. Everything was top notch. Even our teens were highly impressed, indicating that the food, service, and atmosphere was very classy. Two of us had the grilled cheese on GF bread. Easily the best grill cheese we have had. (And I make a mean grill cheese lol 🙂) Restaurant grill cheese is often disappointing, but this one far exceeded our expectations. We got the tomato bisque soup with the grill cheese. Again, absolutely incredible! It was thick, flavorful, and sprinkled with lovely tiny tomato bits. This is the first place we have been able to order a GF grilled chicken sandwich and it was well worth the wait. We live about 3 hours away and we are already making plans to be able to return. It's a real treat to have access to amazing gluten free food. Definitely check out Bistro 163. You are sure to fall in love with everything about it. Thank you Bistro 163!
