After telephone contact about gluten-free options, followed by an online reservation with dietary requirements, it turned out that the gluten-free bread had run out on the day itself. We were told this 30 minutes after placing our order. We were then asked to choose another lunch dish, and salads were actually the only ones recommended to us. When this dish was served (5 minutes after everyone else had already received their lunch), it had croutons on it (which is obviously not gluten-free). The staff didn't seem very understanding. Shame.
