Excellent experience at Bistro de Bolle We recently had dinner with a large group at Bistro de Bolle, and it was a truly excellent experience. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The service was top notch: attentive, professional and always with a smile. The food was delicious. It was clear that the dishes had been prepared with care and passion. What also appealed to us was how flexible and cooperative the restaurant was. They could have set up a long table for our large group, which created a cozy atmosphere. An extra compliment goes to the service we received regarding dietary requirements. One of our guests has a gluten allergy and the restaurant handled this professionally. Although they could not serve gluten-free bread, they provided a clear and understandable explanation that the oven was only used for products containing gluten, to avoid cross-contamination. We found the transparency very reassuring. Of course he was able to enjoy a three-course dinner just like the rest of the group. In short, Bistro de Bolle is highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food, friendly service and excellent service.

Booked months ago and coincidentally, a gluten intolerant colleague also ran out of gluten-free bread that evening. Little effort is made.
