We had a delicious meal at Bistro de Holterberg. The dishes are excellently prepared and beautifully presented according to your wishes. With the exception of a number of dishes, the dishes can be adapted to fit a gluten-free diet. The service is good; the table is closely monitored and your glass of wine is refilled when it is almost empty. One point of criticism is that it is very noisy in the restaurant. This will undoubtedly have to do with the age of the building, but in all likelihood also with its layout.
