I got snacks here during a dinner show. These had to be gluten and cow's milk free due to an intestinal disease. This was great! Delicious and out of the box thinking! Variation and feta from sheep's milk, so my request was also understood (COW-milk free). Really very nice! These chefs know which ingredients they cook with ;). Thank you!
