Bistro Elo

The veggie burger was dry and tasteless. It was apparently served with a gluten-free bun, but the dish worse than the bun was the chickpea patty. The steak didn't have any flavor at all and it fell apart into small crumbs that you couldn't get down your throat. There was far too little sauce in the bun. I don't think that the chefs have even tasted the puri themselves, or that the vegetarian food has been made miserable out of embarrassment. Everything was topped off by the waiter, who responded matter-of-factly to the given feedback that that's what it's like when it's vegan. Quite an understatement from a hotel that profiles itself as responsible. At once, I lost my taste for the entire Valo Hotel.

I was here for breakfast because I was staying at the Valo Hotel. Nice interior. Large selection of food for breakfast. There is a separate stand with gluten-free products. Fruits - watermelons, apples, tangerines, gray fruits. Fresh vegetables - lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, peas, radishes, cauliflower. Stewed vegetables - potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli. Several types of cheeses, several types of sausages. Also very tasty and varied bread. For dessert there is pie. Also nuts, granola, seeds, jam. Several types of juice. I recommend it.
