Bistro Franz

Excellent scrambled eggs, gluten free pastries were not a problem.

In Bistro Franz, I organized a meeting for a smaller number of people (8) with the agreement that only the main course I left the soup and other dishes to the discretion of the waiter/cook on the day and couldn't have done better. The agreement with the management of the establishment itself was at an excellent level and I felt as if any culinary wish could be fulfilled. One of the guests had celiac disease, so my request was to prepare gluten-free dishes. It was completely trouble-free. The main course was a dollop of pumpkin puree. The food as a whole was wonderfully seasoned, the meat was juicy, prepared medium to medium-well. I was also satisfied with the staff, who regularly asked if everything was okay and if we were missing anything. After the meal, the guests could choose from several current desserts, which were fresh and, to my surprise, not unnecessarily sweetened, so they made an impression. All guests had a positive overall impression of the establishment and the service, there was nothing to complain about. I definitely recommend the bistro not only for occasional celebrations with a smaller number of people, but also if you feel like an excellent meal or dessert in a pleasant environment and with helpful service.
