I was in Latina passing through for work. I looked for a place suitable for my celiac needs. I confirm that I enjoyed an excellent pasta with tomato sauce, perfectly cooked, as well as a delicious pizza. Very kind people, so attentive that they kept an important object for me that I had absentmindedly forgotten there. It seems like an obvious gesture, but these days it is not. An incredible discovery! 😍 I went to this gluten free bistro and was absolutely thrilled. The products are exceptional and really delicious! You can feel the quality of the raw materials. But the real surprise was the pizza… DEVASTATING! Crunchy, tasty and with a dough that seems like magic.
