Excellent food and attentive, friendly service. Central location but in a quiet corner. Everything of the highest standard. Prepared gluten-free, almost all dishes have a gluten-free version.

The restaurant is located in Largo Angelicum, near Via Nazionale and above Piazza Venezia, in the historic center! Beautiful, very elegant place, with unprecedented courtesy and preparation of the waiters! Excellent dishes with very particular combinations, you can see that there is a particular study and attention and creativity in the composition of the dishes, but without haughtiness, I really appreciated the risotto with scamorza cream, katsuobushi, eel and veal reduction, the three variations of Catalan cream and the fillet with smoked scamorza with confit tomatoes, very tasty! It also has a vegan and gluten-free tasting menu! I must say that for an area where it is easy to find places at over-inflated prices for tourism, without offering anything in particular, this place is a real pearl, the value for money is excellent, with generous portions, and also reflects a very attentive and very courteous service, never insistent!
