I wanted to like this place but the service was really terrible. It took us an hour to receive an order of chicken fingers and they still messed up the order fairly seriously (we ordered gluten free chicken fingers and stated that it was due to an allergy multiple times). When our order finally came out (45 minutes after the couple that were were with received their food), it was definitely not gluten free. It took several minutes to flag down our server to ask if the order was GF, she took it back to the kitchen, and 10 minutes later she came out with a new plate and just said “this one is definitely gluten free.” No acknowledgement or apology for almost getting us sick or the hour that it took to receive our food, and we still paid full price. Which $15+ for 4 chicken fingers and some tater tots is insane. I watched the kitchen runner bring food to the wrong table at least 4 or 5 times. Just blindly asking people “did you order this?” The lack of attention could get someone sick when dealing with food allergies. Half of the arcade games were either out of order or in desperate need of service. I really wanted to like this place but we left feeling ripped off.

5 stars for the gluten free options 3 stars for the food, but cocktails coming out after our food- 30 mins later, and some orders not being accurate. 2 stars for our server never coming back until the end and not being able to order another round of drinks, or let her know about order issues. 1 star for the loudness and inability to hear the person next to you. 0 stars for the hostess who gave us a dirty look when she did not think we were looking after asking for clarification on the “table times,” after we had waited an hour and we did not understand what she meant right away. I am still in shock about her attitude and facial expressions. We did make the most of our time as we were on a girls trip but it was hard not to notice the flaws.

The reason I ate here was because of their dedicated gluten-free fryer. We genuinely had the best chicken tenders EVER here! This is coming from somebody that lives in Metro Detroit and has been searching for this dish within a few hours of my home for years. They were so crispy and juicy. And actually tender, not tough. They were freaking amazing! The only thing that made me sad was that the fish and chips cannot be prepared gluten free. Regardless, I would come back next time I'm in town. The retro games were a plus!
