We were here yesterday with a friend. I am gluten intolerant, so I indicated this in advance. Unfortunately, the soy sauce in the Bitang burger I chose contains gluten, and so does the pulled pork :(. I was sad to hear this (there is a gluten-free soy sauce anyway), because I was already prepared for it. Fortunately, the waiter had a suggestion for a double smashed burger with completely gluten-free mayonnaise, so that was the choice. Of the sauces available for the potatoes, only the truffle is gluten-free. I got my burger pretty quickly, which it was awesome. It was just as "hot" as it should be, the texture and taste of the meat were so perfect. Nothing was too much, nothing was too little! We loved it!
