The farro and beet root salad I had was delicious. Three problems. I asked for chicken and it came without it; the hostess graciously fixed the problem, though it took a little while. Second, the menu says the farro salad is gluten free (important for some people), but farro is (lol) wheat. Third, I soon realized that there was no farro in the salad... Now that's comedy! The coffee was meh.

Love, love, love! This place is amazing. I have only been for breakfast (dine in & take out). The food is amazing, all the meat is halal and many gluten free options. I’ve gotten the toro burrito, breakfast sandwich, breakfast burger with sweet potato truffle fries (SO good), steak & eggs. I always opt for the gluten free substitution which taste great and are texturally appealing as well. Everything is incredible and the price is very reasonable especially considering how much you get and the quality. The vegan options look to be creative and I can’t wait to try the lunch/dinner menu. I wish I lived closer, but it’s worth the hour drive. Parking is easy!

The food here is delicious, and they can accommodate special diets! I’m gluten free and vegetarian so it’s nearly impossible to find food at restaurants. I’ve also been to restaurants that do carry gluten free stuff but then my stomach hurts - not at Bite! I can tell they’re careful with special diets here. My stomach didn’t hurt at all from Bite food. Super-convenient to Hackensack Hospital - walking distance. I got take out numerous times while attending a loved one post-surgery. I had the nachos and they were delicious! The guac was very fresh. I also had a GF veggie burger and bun that was amazing and zuchini noodles in pesto. My 20-year-old kid came one night and had the falafel and loved it. The folks who work here are very nice. Great matcha if you go in the morning. Highly recommend this place and if you have a special diet, they’ll take care of you.
