Very pleasant operation with a slightly timeless way of service/ordering, at least for Bratislava. You can comfortably order all food and drinks without waiting for service, as you can use their app (I think it is possible to request regular service if you have a problem using your phone/app for this purpose). The service and preparation of orders is relatively fast, sometimes they don't bring all the drinks/food at once and you have to wait a while until everyone at the table has their order - but that doesn't happen very regularly - just something that I personally am a little annoyed about. 😅 The selection of meals and the possibility of adapting them is very diverse and will be enjoyed by everyone - carnivores, people with various allergies, celiacs, vegetarians and vegans... The operating space is pleasantly bright and spacious, you don't feel cramped, but thanks to the different divisions of the space, it's not too obvious either. Today, for the first time, we had the opportunity to try the "talked-about breakfast", where llamas come to see you at the table (reservation required). The experience was really very pleasant and although I was worried about how the animals would take the whole thing, after talking with the staff and looking at social networks and the obvious satisfaction of both animals present, they are more than fine and it seems that the increased attention of customers on the selected day does not bother them much . And maybe they even enjoy scratching and the opportunity to admire what is on the table. 🤭
