If I could give 10 stars I would! Be sure to make reservations, I got lucky as a walk in. 🙏 Cozy and welcoming atmosphere and interior, topped off with amazing food and world class customer service. The service was the top notch due to my wait Matthew, who deserves a big raise, ensuring not only my water was full the whole 2 hours I was there, and right off the bat he asked if I had any intolerances. I was quite taken aback and am so grateful he asked at the very beginning of my meal. I do prefer to avoid gluten, so he switched my complementary bread to a gluten free bread! He also went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable by having everything I needed, and that my burger and sweet potato fries were cooked to my liking. Thank you for the amazing food chefs, Matthew thank you the amazing meal served, refilling my water, and bringing me honey! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

We ate at the Bistro and had a fabulous meal. The attention to detail was the best part. When my husband inquired about gluten free options, the waiter brought out GF bread for him too. Then the waiter noticed my daughter and I were sharing our meals and he offer to do that in the back. Letting us know there would be no charge. The food was great also. Next time we come to Bozeman we will definitely eat there again.
