This is no longer a food truck but a full fledged restaurant! When I asked about GF food she said everything besides toast and waffles are already made gluten free and they have options for those!! I was able to order the chicken and waffles. They use potato starch for their fried chicken. Our server Joplin was amazing and asked me if I was celiac. They take special care if you are celiac! I highly recommend this place.

My finance and I stopped by on our way out of town and they were super friendly and had lots of gluten free options. Best gluten free waffle breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! Will definitely be eating here every time we’re in town.
