Good food, bad customer service. I called Tuesday and made a reservation for Saturday. When I called Saturday afternoon to check the time of our reservation, they had no reservation for us at all and told me that I'd probably called the Buffalo location ( which I hadn't) and didn't seem to want to help remedy the situation at all but finally gave us a reservation on the bar side.
When ordering, our server didn't know what on the menu was gluten free or not then let us order 2 things that had gluten in them or on them! Food allergies are a very big deal and servers should be educated about them or simply ask the kitchen to make the customer feel safer about what they're eating.
