Black & Blue Steak and Crab, Rochester, NY

Great place to eat dinner. Great food. The scallops were delicious. And they have very yummy gluten free rolls to eat! This is the first restaurant I've been to that has offered GF rolls. Usually, I'm drooling over my husband's bread while waiting for our appetizer. Very polite and attentive service.

Good food, bad customer service. I called Tuesday and made a reservation for Saturday. When I called Saturday afternoon to check the time of our reservation, they had no reservation for us at all and told me that I'd probably called the Buffalo location ( which I hadn't) and didn't seem to want to help remedy the situation at all but finally gave us a reservation on the bar side. When ordering, our server didn't know what on the menu was gluten free or not then let us order 2 things that had gluten in them or on them!
