Came with 4 others and we all loved what we got (cashew chicken, chicken ka-prow, pad thai, and red curry). Apps (gyoza, dumplings, chicken satay, and crab ragoons) were great too. As for drinks, get the thai ice tea. Perfectly sweet. Add in that the chef came out to help one of my friends with picking out an item as she has a gluten allergy. Easy 5 out of 5.

I am not an adventurous diner, and I have Celiac Disease. Black Thai was without a doubt the best local restaurant experience for me in at least the last year. Our server was so knowledgeable about gluten free items on the menu and never made me feel like my questions about ingredients or Thai cuisine were an annoyance. I wish more servers had this type of attitude and education. Several dishes were suggested to me, and I absolutely LOVED the shrimp pad Thai that I ordered. I can’t wait to go back.
