The rye bread which I think is gluten free (forgot to ask) is delicious.
We also bought the multigrain sourdough loaf - less dense but that’s to be expected.
A French baker in the heart of the mountains. What’s not to love! My only regret is not buying a croissant for my daughter. Got her text too late. :( I did indulge us in a takeaway macaron instead. Divine!
Coffee from the Lawson shop is amazing.
Will be back - to either Katoomba or Lawson or both!

Lovely, modern coffee shop/ bakery with a vegan croissant, gluten free options and focaccia pizza! Staff were friendly and the atmosphere is buzzing. 10/10 recommend, the vegan croissant was delicious before a mountain hike.
