Black Crow Coffee Co Grand Central Dist

Adorable hidden gem down a quiet back alley. Nestled between a juice bar and book store. Lovely patio that all three shops share. We parked on central and walked up. The coffee is strong and the employees are sweet. They offer gluten free brownie and many vegan options. Lots of indoor and patio seating. Great weekend hang out spot.

I love Black Crow. When I moved here from Seattle a while back, before there were 10,000 coffee shops in St Pete, this is one of the first places that felt like "home" to me. Quirky, eco-conscious, community oriented, with a cozy interior and a garden courtyard full of fun things to look at. A little oasis downtown. The only tiny ding I have is that I wish there were more gluten-free and vegan items. Oh, I will say that if you think "woke" is a dirty word, you will not enjoy this place and it will not enjoy you.
