I love this place, my go to spot for a pastry, a cup of coffee or a meal ! I highly recommend the gluten free pastries, some of it not the best in town!

This little gem has the best gluten free breakfast options in Hailey! We stopped by for coffee on our last day in Hailey. And we were pleasantly surprised to find an array of gluten free breakfast options available. We read that Three Peas gluten free baked goods could be found at certain coffee shops. And we visited one of those shops (Java) but it had none. Three Peas wasn’t listed but it was a treasure trove of gf baked goods. The coffee was delicious! And the pastries were amazing. The gluten free quiche was so perfect. If you’re in town and in need of gluten free food with great coffee, then seek out this gem!
