I went to Black Rabbit for the first time with my partner and was served by the lovely lady with red hair and lips, presumably the owner. She was very helpful with organising me a celiac-safe option to eat. I ordered a chicken pizza with some type of apricot sauce. It was amazing, and easily made the best gf pizza I have had. The interior design is cozy and well-done. Customer service was fabulous and most importantly the pizza was so delicious!! I thought I should write a review because I found the owner to be particularly kind and the food to be great… and upon looking up the reviews for black rabbit I noticed one nasty review from about 5 days ago. Given the countless good reviews I’m sure this is of no worry to the owners, but I am disappointed by the personal and emotional nature of the review. Dear people, if you have an issue with the food at a restaurant, managers are more than happy to find solutions to your concerns in-person, be mature and speak up when it matters. Also, there is no need to insult inspirational quotes/ personal images, these touches added character to the restaurant, giving it a homely feel.
To whoever the owner is, thank you for looking after us and making me a very happy celiac.
Kindest,
Mariana
