Ordered custom Low gluten smooth buttercream cake online. The transaction was so quick and easy. Chanel was very helpful and accomodating, answered all my enquiries even at midnight! The cake arrived on time and the decoration was exactly what we requested - it was perfect! The kids enjoyed it as it was sooo tasty and not too sweet. The birthday girl loved her own drunk-dazed cake!

Placed order for gluten free cupcake the day prior. When I turned up to pick up I was advised that gluten free not available for same day request. This wasn’t a same day request. Nobody contacted me to advise me that they couldn’t do gluten free.
