The lady at the reception was as cold as the weather! The service gives no less… Small sandwich plates feel like eating on the table. Very overrated sandwiches nothing to write home about Beautiful place but no paper cups! I tried both versions of your restaurant, both the first location and I have to say that the flaw in the service has always been there but the sandwiches were much better than now... not to mention a person who, in addition to having celiac disease, is also intolerant to corn, brought us a plated chicken breast with gluten-free bread (not requested due to allergies) when this was pointed out to the waitress she replied in a snobbish tone "what are you doing"... Obviously this was our experience, we expected much more.

The food is good, less so than in the past, but good. Smaller portions, but good food. The service on the other hand was awful, for a number of reasons. First of all, they brought us gluten-free foods twice, both appetizers and sandwiches. Once I pointed out that it had to be gluten-free, the waitresses didn't even have the decency to say "sorry", in fact they were also quite pedantic and annoyed. Then they brought us the note to write the desserts, we fill it out, and as we are finishing reading it the waitress snatches it from our hands. He literally snatches it from my hand and without asking or reading anything knows about it if he brings it. Very disorganized, we had to point out that we had requested an appetizer because after a long time it still hadn't arrived. In general, among all the waiters who served us, none treated us with politeness or even the slightest kindness. They were all very rude, pedantic, and with a rude tone It's a shame because the food is good, but having the anxiety of having to ask 10 times if that food is gluten-free ruins everything.
