Server seemed knowledgeable about celiac, but was slightly rude about it when I asked my questions to confirm safety. Also, the ordering process didn’t completely put my mind at ease. However, after receiving the steak fajitas (made with tamari, soy is mentioned on the menu), I enjoyed the meal and had no issues afterwards. The chips are fried in a solely gluten free fryer. But, I didn’t end up having those. Would recommend if you want some Mexican food.

Pretty good Tex-Mex inspired food. I say inspired, because it's a little different than traditional Mexican or Tex-Mex... it's more "creative." This isn't necessarily a bad thing. The food was great, just not if you're looking for something more traditional. Most dishes have meat or seafood, bur there are some gluten free and vegan options. Desert is available, and not bad. Drinks aren't too overpriced either, and aren't weak either. There are some good combo drink deals. Service is on par. The place is pretty big, but they take reservations and it can get crowded. Open about an hour past when many local restaurants close, so that's nice too. It's in a big strip-type mall with a ton of other stores and restaurants, so parking, even late, can be annoying, but the lot is huge, so spaces are constantly opening up.
