Blanco Cocina + Cantina

We love Blanco. Best queso we've had and they have lots of gluten free options. The short ribs in anything is a winner.

I really can’t say enough great things about my visit! Our server Dolsey was AMAZING! I have a gluten allergy, and she walked me through the whole menu and the things I could and couldn’t have. This restaurant also has separate GF chips for their salsa, so I was very excited. My allergy is a recent diagnosis, and eating out lately has been full of anxiety at times, but this restaurant overall has it together!!! The kitchen made an error and put regular fried tortilla strips on my avocado taco, and she was so apologetic and had the kitchen make a new one, and assured me the chef confirmed it before she left the kitchen! I would definitely trust coming back here in the future, especially with a staff so knowledgeable and friendly!!!

I love the food here. Tacos are good. Chicken tinga bowl here is so good too. I highly recommend the jalapeño pineapple marg as well. Niko was an amazing server. We had people at our table with celiacs and he made sure their food was from a dedicated fryer and as safe as possible. If you need gf food - this place is a great lunch/dinner spot!
