The experience was so great we went twice in one day! The head chef came out and we talked over my multiple allergies. Then came up with a dish that was safe for me. The chef made sure the waitstaff and kitchen staff knew how to ring in the order and make it safely.

Everything is or can be modified to be gluten free besides the burrito and chimichanga. Dedicated fryer. Our server was very knowledgeable.

Was in town last week and had dinner at Blanco Cucina for the party of nine. I was a little under the weather but honestly, the food was very nice. The atmosphere was good and our server Elias was exceptional. Enjoyed having him help us pick our meals and make gluten-free suggestions.
