Delicious ice cream! The vanilla caramel is my favorite thus far. The flight gives us 4 small portions of our choosing which is perfect for my wife, two small kids, and I. Staff is young and friendly and the chalk board is a nice touch for the kids. Glad I don't live within walking distance of here, otherwise, I'd be here everyday. Also, they clearly label which options are gluten free. Doesn't matter to me, but nice for those looking out for that.

Blank Slate is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Incredible. The very best ice cream. It’s so delicious, so thoughtfully made, and just delicious. There is not a single thing basic about any flavor here. Every ingredient is perfectly chosen. The combinations are perfect. This is probably the best, top tier ice cream in the entire country. I’ve been all over. This is it. It beats everywhere on the west coast. I would give 100 stars if I could. Definitely go to Blank Slate! I also really love that there are (delicious) gluten free and vegan options as well!!! It’s so great. Highly recommend.
