Blaze Pizza

Hands down my favorite gluten free pizza place. It tastes way better than Mod Pizza, and is highly underrated since most people in North Austin have never heard of it! They have toppings and sauces for after the pizza comes out, and they are great about food safety when it comes to allergies and the gluten free crust (which is amazing, by the way. Not dry or crumbly like some). And the staff is always friendly and efficient - it is apparent that everyone is trained well, with consistency. The place is clean, too. It never smells bad and the tables are usually clean. The only weird thing about this location is that the fountain drinks are hidden around the corner, on the way to the bathrooms. Also, they have a rewards punch card for free pizza!

Favorite low-carb gluten-free pizza. Recommend the herbivore.

There's not a whole lot to say other than this is really good affordable pizza. The toppings are fresh and you can basically put whatever you want on top. You have either regular or gluten-free crust options, and they taste similar to me. The crust is not super thin, but crispy and chewy enough for me to fold and chomp. I always get a personal size and get it loaded with stuff I want and all for close to 12 bucks. I can either share with someone else or i can eat it all myself. I love putting fresh garlic and jalapeño on my pizza. I 💯 highly recommend this place, who like to build a pizza they want that won't break the bank, and also tastes great too!!
