I have ordered from Blaze previously and it was great but not this time. I ordered 2 large pizzas, cheesy bread and a gluten free pizza for my granddaughter. The order arrived early which was nice but they forgot the gluten free. The driver was nice enough to go back for it. I called the store and it took forever to speak with a live person. I was first told they could only refund the missing pizza since it was delivered. When I said the driver was coming back they said they would make it. When I got the pizza it had obviously been sitting for a long time because it was cold and over cooked. Even my granddaughters said “ew” after she took her first bite. The other pizzas were awful. They too were over cooked and loaded with so much sauce you couldn’t even taste anything else. HORRIBLE
