I’ve been to Blaze before but never to this one. I tried the Gluten Free dough which didn’t cook properly. I got a refund and the owner was kind enough to remake me a gluten free pizza on the gf cauliflower crust, free of charge, taking all the necessary precautions for me. And it turned out so well! These things can happen, and the owner was so kind about making it right for me! I certainly will return next time I’m at this mall.
