If you like variety, this is the pizza chain for you. It's set up like a "Subway" sandwich shop. You enter the line where you get to choose your crust. Their traditional crust is thin, but they also have a thicker "high rise crust", gluten free, keto friendly cauliflower crust. After that, the choices continue starting with the type and amount of sauce you want. I chose the white sauce. Then, you proceed to the cheese and toppings. I chose mozzarella and ricotta. You can pick how much you want. After that, it's time for toppings. I ordered a "two topped" pie, those toppings being chicken and bacon. Then it's off to the quick cooking wood fired ovens. Once your pizza is finished, they have free optional drizzles, I opted for the balsamic. They have add-ons like salads, meatballs, and desserts. We passed these up. Overall, the choices are great, and everyone gets their own pie made to order. However, the process can be slow when they are busy, and the wait can be comparable to ordering a pizza at a sit-down restaurant.
