Blaze Pizza

So far the best spot for a gluten free dairy free pizza and they change the gloves have dedicated pizza sauce that's covered for allergy sensitive people. Pizza was pretty soft and didn't firm up as fast like other Gluten free dough. I was pleasantly surprised and all the topping options. Will definitely come back again.

We may have caught them at a bad time but the the line was messy and as someone with a gluten and dairy allergy I was a little concerned. I also had to ask the staff to pull my toppings from the bottom cooler bc they weren't going to even though the line was covered in mozzarella cheese and clearly all over the other toppings in the open condiment area. They definitely made me feel like an inconvenience. The person who took our initial orders seemed very flustered and wrote everyone's name wrong and put half my order on the wrong paper so it was wrong (contained cheese and ranch). We will give them another chance but it was a little disappointing when I've been to other Blaze locations who were much cleaner/organized.

They have a great gluten free crust and amazing toppings. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
