Blaze Pizza

I come pretty frequently to this blaze, but I stopped going nearly a month ago for a health issue. I ordered pizza for me and my family… we all got personal pies. I cannot have gluten, so blaze is out go to as they have gluten free. We pick up our order like normal, get home and get ready to eat. As I open my box, I see that there is a hair baked into the pizza. And my crust was cold/gummy as if it wasn’t fully cooked. I had to throw away my pizza because of how disgusted I was & scared of getting sick from semi raw dough. I normally get my pizzas well done, so this was way different. I contacted blaze customer service to have some one reach out, so I can explain the lack of cleanliness and preparation training. My pizza should not be underdone and definitely not have hair baked into it. It’s been almost a month and no one from the store has made the effort to reach out or apologize. I am disappointed with the efforts this establishment has made.

I’m not one to write a review but something had to be said. I was extremely disappointed and actually wanted to cancel my order and go somewhere else. I came in with my family on Mother’s Day for dinner. We came 20 mins before a dinner rush so there was no reason to act the way they did. There’s was about 6 guys working they made me feel dumb and unwelcome. First asked for gluten free for my daughter who has an allergy and they seemed annoyed. While they were putting my cheese he barleys put any I politely asked if he add a little more because it was mostly sauce he seemed upset. They looked as if they didn’t want to be there and the rude to one another. They also forgot my 2 salads and took forever to bring it out the guy instead of getting it was just yelling at another guy to get it. I told the kid thank you and he ignored me and walked away.Then they were out of forks, so my daughter asked for a fork instead of refilling them he gets two out from under the counter gives her one and puts one in the container. None of the tables looked like they had been wiped down either it was really dirty. The pizza was on point like always but the service was terrible it doesn’t make you want to go back. Please talk to them or train them better on customer service. This will ruin a good place to eat.
