Blaze Pizza

I am absolutely LIVID with the pizza that was delivered to me for my daughter. It looked absolutely DISGUSTING...it was burnt and it literally looked as if he has sat out ALL DAY! I paid $30 for two pizzas she can't even consume! The pizzas were gluten- free because my daughter has hyperthyroidism, and pray she doesn't get sick from the half slice she consumed. Because by the looks of the pizzas, I am certain they didn't change their gloves. I ordered through Uber Eats and was expecting the Fishers location not this one! I better receive a refund.

Went in to get a GF build your own and my spouse got a regular crust build your own. I ordered first, but they didn’t get the crust immediately and moved my husband in front. His Pizza was half assembled before they said they were out of GF. I said, then I cannot eat here. There was NO sign about this, and I can see someone else reported no GF crust 2 days ago. This is highly unacceptable! The worker offered keto or cauliflower crust, which I appreciate but I am also DF so I explained that doesn’t work as I also need DF. The worker then had the audacity to say the original crust (containing gluten) is dairy free. To which I said that has Gluten - I asked for a GF crust for a reason!!! The worker didn’t even apologize. Just looked at my dumbfounded the whole time. Thank goodness Naf Naf Mediterranean grill was a couple doors down, otherwise I would have had to sit and watch my spouse eat as his was practically in the oven while this was going on. Naf Naf got my business today, and I am not sure if this locations will get mine again. I was originally willing to try again but after noticing the Gf crust was out for another person 2 days ago, clearly there is a management problem here that is not being addressed and this is a huge problem to advertise flexibility for allergies to then continually be out. I have never been thrilled with the service at this location, but this was over the top.
